If you will cancel your trip before 40 to 45 days from your departure date, then 30% amount will be deduct as a cancelation fee.
If you will cancel your trip before 20 to 40 days from your departure date, then 50% amount will be deduct as a cancelation fee.
If you will cancel your trip before 15 to 20 days from your departure date , then 100% amount will be deduct as a cancelation fee.
No shows (Not informed): 100% of the package amount will be deduct as a cancelation fee.
Cancellation amount/charges will be calculated as per the total booking amount, irrespective of whether the full booking amount has been paid or not.
For Flights/Trains/Buses, the cancellation will be as per the cancellation policy of Airlines/Train/Transport respectively where Convenience fees and discounts are non-refundable.
Token amount will be non-refundable if you will cancel your trip after bookings.
